White sage and lavender make up the base, with a pinch of rosemary and a selenite stone tucked inside. Think of it as a little armor between you and the group chat, the open-plan office, and the family dinner where somebody always brings up politics.

How to use: Keep it on your desk, in your car, on your altar, or in whatever pocket goes where you're going. When you get home, set it down with your keys as a signal that the day's over and the rest of it isn't yours to carry.

Inside: white sage, lavender, rosemary, a selenite stone, in a muslin bag. Keep dry, since selenite dissolves in water.
