Cancellation Policy

Refund windows

More than 48 hours before your session: full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before: no refund.

Placeholder: You can reschedule once per booking at no cost as long as it's outside the 24-hour window.

Placeholder: A missed session without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation.

Placeholder: Prepaid bundles are non-refundable once the first session is used, and can be redeemed across the calendar year.

Placeholder: You'll get first choice of a new time, or a full refund — your call.
