Client responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Be truthful about your health status and any concerns
• Inform Lady Hao of any medical conditions or medications
• Follow any guidance or aftercare recommendations
• Respect Lady Hao's boundaries and professionalism
• Not harass, abuse, or discriminate
• Arrive on time (or reschedule with notice)

Session conduct

Lady Hao reserves the right to cancel a session if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, decline to work with you if you are disruptive or abusive, and end a session if you violate these Terms. Any session cancelled due to client conduct is non-refundable.

Cancellation & refund policy

See our full Cancellation Policy on this website. By booking, you agree to these terms:

• 48+ hours before: full refund
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: no refund
• Bundles expire 1 year from purchase

Booking & payment

• All bookings are prepaid through Stripe
• Prices listed on the website are final
• Payment issues prevent booking confirmation
• Sessions are non-transferable (except in writing)

Intellectual property

All content on ladyhao.com, including copy, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Lady Hao or licensed to Lady Hao. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or modify content without permission
• Use our logos or branding
• Share session recordings or recordings of Lady Hao without written consent
• Claim our work as your own

Confidentiality

Lady Hao maintains your privacy and does not share session details, content, or your identity. Exception: if you disclose intent to harm yourself or others, Lady Hao may contact emergency services. Lady Hao does not record sessions unless you explicitly consent in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lady Hao is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lady Hao is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question

Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.

Website use

You agree to:

• Not use our website for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website
• Not spam or harass through our contact forms
• Not impersonate Lady Hao or other users
• Follow all applicable laws

Dispute resolution

Any disputes will be handled through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of Georgia and resolved in Georgia courts.

Entire agreement

These Terms, along with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lady Hao.
