I'm Holly, and I work with women who know something needs to change but have no idea how to actually make it happen.
Using earth-based and trauma-informed tools — coaching, energy work, reiki, reflexology, crystal healing and tarot — I help you restore your heart and step into your power. Real work. No BS. Let's figure out how together.
None of this is new. Women have always done this for each other — sitting close, hands busy, telling the truth until something loosened. This is that same old role, picked back up and carried with modern, trauma-informed training behind it.
