Simmer Down

The one that started it all. Simmer Down is for the days you're biting your tongue so hard it's practically a hobby.

Cinnamon, clove, star anise, and allspice bring the warmth. Orange peel brightens it up, ginger adds a little heat, and whole peppercorns give it just enough bite to remind you you're still you, even when you're choosing peace. It's cozy with an edge, like a hug from someone who'll also help you draft the email.

Put it on the stove and let the house do the deep breathing for you while you decide whether that text deserves a reply. (It doesn't.)

How to use: Empty the bag into a small pot, cover with water, and keep it on low. Top off the water as it cooks down. You can reuse it for a day or two until the scent fades.
