Sit-n-Stew

Some feelings need a solution. Some just need a long soak and a longer think.

Epsom salt and baking soda, with lavender, rose petals, and mugwort mixed in. Run it hot, get in, and sit in it. Stew about it. Replay the argument and win this time. Get out when you're ready and not a minute before.

How to use: Drop the whole muslin bag into a warm bath and let it steep. The bag keeps the petals out of your drain. Squeeze it now and then while you soak.

Ingredients: magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt), sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), lavender, rose petals, mugwort.

External use only. Patch test before first use. Don't use if pregnant or nursing, or if you're sensitive to any ingredient. Keep out of eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
